Stillness

Stillness,
Cries out serene.
And a distant lament craves for peace.
Breath and do not disturb the air
For it will not be disturbed.
Too deep to comprehend,
     Immeasurable and awesome,
Love gives silence and blesses his blessed.
Each second long and pure
     Cleansing and calming
     Passing evenly into evening
And the lament carries and ripples
     Melody and tears,
     Healing

  2. I love the poem called "Stillness!" I relate to this because I personally find life way to distracting, noisy, chaotic and stressful. There are times in which I get totally caught up in the fast-pace & craziness of life that I have to force myself to take a slow deep breath, be totally still, relax and seek solitude.

Everyone needs quiet time for refreshing and renewing the body, mind & spirit. It truly is very healing and promotes positive benefits!
